HOW DOES IT WORK?

You can apply by either filling out our short form application here, or by calling (866) 587-4320 and speaking with a Simia representative immediately.  If you email us, a Simia representative will return your call within 24 hours. 

Step 2: Application Approval
​

We will work with you and your attorney's office to obtain the relevant documentation required for the approval of your application.  Most times, cases are funded within 24 hours of approval.

Step 3: Get Your Money!
​

Once your application is approved, you tell us how you want to receive your funds.  We can wire you the funds or send a check to you via overnight delivery or send to your attorneys office.  If you lose your case, you owe us nothing.
