The Weekly 1k is how Simia gives back to you! Each week, we're giving away $1,000 of free funding. If you're in the middle of a lawsuit, or you know someone who is, our Weekly 1k is the perfect way for them to start taking back their life.

Each week a winner will be voted on. Voting is open to the public, on the condition that they're a follower of one of our social media channels. So if you have a friend who's in the running, the best way to help them is to join us on Facebook, Twitter or Linkedin and cast your vote!

Votes can be cast across multiple channels, so if you cast a vote on Facebook and another on Twitter, your vote will count twice. Keep this in mind if it's a close race and you want to give the person you're rooting for an extra push.

Rules of the Contest

1.    All participants must be represented by an attorney. 

2.    All participants must be in a state that we're able to fund. 

3.    All participants must be involved in an active or pending case. 

4.    To qualify, all participants must submit an application through our offices, as though they were applying for regular funding.
