What injuries do we cover?

It's a crazy world out there, and sometimes despite your best efforts, bad things happen. Yesterday we covered the story of a woman who was hit by a truck while she was minding her own business. We're going to make a point of covering a wide range of cases like that in the coming weeks, but for the time being, it might make sense to go over some of the most common injuries and accidents that we cover.

Motor Vehicle Accident - As we talked about yesterday, accidents involving vehicles can be devastating. When you've been injured through no fault of your own by a car, bus, bike, truck, or anything else, you deserve all the help you can get.

Slip and Fall/Trip and Fall - These two types of accidents usually happen because of a negligent property owner. A slip and fall specifically refers to something like a wet floor, loose objects like marbles, or anything else on the ground that can cause someone to slip. Similarly, a trip and fall is when somebody stumbles on an uneven floor or something unexpected in your path that causes them to fall. Either way, if it wasn't your fault, you shouldn't have to pay for it!

Premises Accident - This refers to any accident caused because of defective or dangerous property, inside or outside a building. For example, if you're hurt by a loose wire or a faulty machine, that would fall under a premises accident.

Medical Malpractice - The world of medicine is a scary place, and sometimes doctors make critical mistakes or don't give patients the attention they deserve. When that happens, it falls under medical malpractice, and you can absolutely get funding to help you through those cases!

Product Liability - If you buy something that wasn't made correctly or labeled correctly, it could cause significant damage. The business that produced and sold that product is responsible, and we'll help you ensure that they pay you what you deserve.

Other - While this list covers the main types of accidents we see, we're open to any case and we'll help victims through any injury. If you don't see your particular situation listed here, don't be discouraged. Reach out to us and let's talk.
